Labeling machine
Our labeling machine is multi-functional, that is different shapes of bottles can be labeled on one machine, like flat bottles, square bottles, round bottles and even hexagon bottles. The machine adopts both brush and sponge wheel to label twice to make sure label accurately and without bubbles.
We use Leuze Germany sensors which is good for both transparent bottles and labels. -
Linear powder filling machine
The linear powder filling machine can finish measuring, filling, etc.
This machine adopts Auger filler and two sets of servo motor to control the filling amount with high accuracy. The machine is made of stainless steel 304 and stainless steel 316L for product touch part.
Use high sensitivity electronic balance under the bottle when fill, realize double check the weight(auger and electronic balance), its much more precise. -

3. 304 frame, 5mm thick SUS316L honing piston pump, manufactured by Taiwan producer.
4. With detector in each SUS316L valve and filling nozzle, if there is any problem in any nozzle, it shows in touch screen, its easy to be found.
