This is 360pcs seasoning flavour cubes per minute processing machine line for an Algerian company.
The line is an automatic line, it can finish press power to cubes, wrapping cubes with paper film and sealing, finally packing into carton box automatically.
Most of customers prefer box packaging for seasong flavour bouillon cubes.

This is a shrimp bouillon cubes carton tray packing line: 540pcs cubes per minute, for a customer from Turkey whose factory is located in Guinea.
The line is from shrimp bouillon cube pressing to shrimp bouillon cube wrapping with film, finally shrimp bouillon cube packing into carton tray and wrapping with transparent film.
There are 48 shrimp bouillon cubes in each carton tray, arrangement is 4*4*3.

The line is from chicken cube pressing to chicken cubes wrapping with film, finally chicken cube arranging counting and packing into bags.
This customer has two type bag packing: 25 cubes in each bag, and 100 cubes in each bag.

The line contains one powder lifting feeder, one chicken cube pressing machines, and two cubes film folding and wrapping machine.
It can finish feeding powder to cubes pressing machine, pressing powder to cubes, and wrapping cubes with paper film automatically.
