The line contains one chicken cube pressing machine, four chicken cube paper film wrapping machine, one chicken cube box packing machine, one automatic carton try packing machine and one transparent film three dimensional wrapping packaging machine.
It can finish pressing powder to cubes, wrapping cubes with paper film and folding, packing wrapped cubes into boxes, packing wrapped cubes into carton trays and packing carton trays into transparent film folding and sealing.

Shanghai Automatic Chicken Bouillon Cube Production Line
1. This machine is mainly composed of push mixing blades, high-speed crushed material blades, cylinder, transmission box, motor and other parts.
2. The mixing blade is the main blade, which is decelerated by the reducer through the transmission of the motor through the V-belt to obtain a certain speed.
3. The mixing blade is mainly based on mixing. It sends the material to the crushed slurry. Under the high-speed rotation of the crushed slurry, the material can obtain the ideal mixing effect in a short time.
4. The discharging is manual discharging, the discharging speed is fast, and the cleaning is convenient.
5. The contact parts and outsourcing of this machine are made of SUS304 stainless steel, so there will be no volatilization, deterioration and loss of materials during the mixing process.
6. The controller adopts timing control, and the mixing time can be determined according to the nature of the material. -

This is a shrimp bouillon cubes carton tray packing line: 540pcs cubes per minute, for a customer from Turkey whose factory is located in Guinea.
The line is from shrimp bouillon cube pressing to shrimp bouillon cube wrapping with film, finally shrimp bouillon cube packing into carton tray and wrapping with transparent film.
There are 48 shrimp bouillon cubes in each carton tray, arrangement is 4*4*3.
